After years of experience in the industry, I decided to become an entrepreneur and give shape to my vision. My journey began with Il Cortile di Lorenzo, born from the desire to bring a historic palazzo back to life and turn it into an oasis of timeless elegance.

I wanted a place where contemporary mixology could converse with the charm of the past. Riding that wave of enthusiasm, Il Molo di Lorenzo was born on the shores of Lake Maggiore: a project that brings together modern cuisine, the local territory and a view that speaks for itself.

Here I wanted to create a refined yet relaxed experience, able to make every moment special. The latest chapter is La Trattoria del Monte Allegro, where my passion for tradition meets my taste for innovation. A place that feels like home, yet surprises with every dish.

I opened these venues to share what I love: quality, atmosphere and authenticity. And I continue this journey with the same energy it started with: turning ideas into experiences to remember.
